International Shipments
Requests for exchanges and returns for orders shipped outside Brazil must be made through the Customer Service Channel.
The costs related to the return and reshipment freight will be borne by the customer, as well as the costs of any customs duties. Except in cases where a defect or malfunction in the product is found.
The customer must send the images of the product he wants to exchange directly to our Customer Service Channel. These will be analyzed by our team and we will get back to you within 2 working days.
International Shipments are carried out by a shipping company and the means of sending and collecting the product in cases of exchange will always be the most economical options.
